void larflow::reco::cluster_splitbytrackshower(const std::vector<larlite::larflow3dhit> &hit_v, const std::vector<larcv::Image2D> &ssnettrack_image_v, std::vector<larlite::larflow3dhit> &track_hit_v, std::vector<larlite::larflow3dhit> &shower_hit_v, float min_larmatch_score)

Split larflow points by projecting into planes and getting scores.

Parameters
  • hit_v: A vector of hits in larflow3dhit form.
  • ssnettrack_image_v: Images with the track score for each pixel, one for each plane.
  • track_hit_v: larflow3dhits from hit_v which land on majority track-like pixels.
  • shower_hit_v: larflow3dhits from hit_v which land on majority shower-like pixels.
  • min_larmatch_score: minimum larmatch threshold for hit to be passed into track_hit_v or shower_hit_v.
