cluster_splitbytrackshower
(const std::vector<larlite::larflow3dhit> &hit_v, const std::vector<larcv::Image2D> &ssnettrack_image_v, std::vector<larlite::larflow3dhit> &track_hit_v, std::vector<larlite::larflow3dhit> &shower_hit_v, float min_larmatch_score)¶ Split larflow points by projecting into planes and getting scores.
- Parameters
hit_v
: A vector of hits in larflow3dhit form.ssnettrack_image_v
: Images with the track score for each pixel, one for each plane.track_hit_v
: larflow3dhits from hit_v which land on majority track-like pixels.shower_hit_v
: larflow3dhits from hit_v which land on majority shower-like pixels.min_larmatch_score
: minimum larmatch threshold for hit to be passed into track_hit_v or shower_hit_v.
